General

Items that are out of stock are marked as such which means you cannot put them in your basket. When they are back in stock, they will be made available again to purchase through the website.

We have regular deliveries and aim to get our products back in stock as soon as we can. Please keep checking for updates, or subscribe to our newsletter, as we will update when our products arrive.

Shipping

This depends on where you are in the country, we aim to ship web orders within 24 hours of receipt (unless your order is placed at a weekend). You should receive your order within 72 hours of placing your order.

You can use our shipping calculator to confirm your shipping costs on the basket and checkout pages or refer to our terms and conditions.

Our courier will text you with a delivery window of 1 hour, it is important that you give us a mobile number when you place your order.

Returns

Fill out a contact form with your invoice number, postcode, name and telephone number. Include an image and description of the issue and we will get back to you within 24 hours (unless it is a weekend).

We try not to make things complicated for you, contact our Customer Service team via the ‘Contact form’ (below) and they’ll do the rest.
You’ll need to tell them the reason for the return so they can choose the best option for you.

As soon as we receive your order, we’ll review the reason for return and let you know what we plan to do next.
You should receive an email to notify you of any action taken within 24 hours of us receiving your order.

It’s easy to make changes to your details! Log on to your account and you’ll find all the options you need.

Don’t worry, head to the log in page and select “Forgotten Password’ you’ll be able to reset in no time.

We like to make things as easy for you as possible, including getting discount off your favourite cuccio somatology products.
Once you’ve got all your items in the basket, then add your code in the box marked ‘Got a discount code? Enter it here’. Clicking ‘Use Code’ will apply the discount.
If the code doesn’t work then you’ll need to check you’re not trying to use more than one offer, you can only use one per order.
